Winter activities in North Patagonia

North Patagonia offers many different attractions, even in winter and springtime, when the mountains are covered with snow. Beyond the crowded ski centers there are many mountains with few people enjoying their assents and descents.

Northern Patagonia is a perfect place for many activities such as Ski Touring, Snow Shoeing, Mountaineering, Ice Climbing, Winter Trekking, and Mountain Courses. We also have the comfort and warm hospitality of the mountain huts in the area to start and end the day.

Excursions are from 3-7 days, linking Mountain Huts and crossing lonely valleys and ridges.

Volcanoes Ski Tour

North Patagonia has many interesting volcanoes in both Argentina and Chile. The volcanos have long, enjoyable and easy slopes to ascend and descend. Volcan Lanin, Puyehue, Osorno, Llaima, Villarica, Lonquimay, are some of the more frequented volcanos. Each volcano is a two to three day excursion, depending on the weather and the roads conditions.
Season: From August to the end of October
How many days: Expedition are from 3-15 days.

Back Country Ski Tour

Two weeks of as much skiing as you can handle, visiting different ranges along the Cordillera de los Andes, from Caviahue (Neuquen province) to Vintter Lake (Chubut province), passing through Villa la Angostura, Bariloche, El Bolson, Esquel, etc.
